MUAHAAHA. Both of this chucklehead's crap auctions have been nullified and zapped into the ether by eBay. The original link is dead and searching the seller's past auctions yields no iphone auctions...only a fugly handbag he used when he was crossdressing. The toolbag gets NOTHING (as if he ever would have) and the buyer has zero obligation to pay this fool a dime (as if they ever did).
So stratobaterdan, let's hear all about how you're going to sue eBay or take the headquarters hostage with your toy guns, or whatever your next fantasy is. Wait, what's that? I think I hear your momma calling...

Hi there,
I've been a Mac user since '84 and a Notes user since '93. I also am a Notes developer and I've led dozens of Notes implementations. It's a great platform if it's done well. The biggest achilles heel has been their user interface (on any platform), and they're set to fix that (for the most part) in the next 12 months.
The Notes Mac client hasn't always been the best. Well, never the best but it's been usable and they should be applauded for their long-standing support of the Mac platform. One of the key execs at their development team, Tim Halvorsen, was a key Mac supporter over the years (he's not there now).
The movement of OS X to a robust set of development tools, coupled with the maturity of software development practices in general across the software industry, means that full and exciting support of OS X alongside Windows is now a lot easier than it has ever been...meaning Macs will be making more inroads into enterprise accounts.
I applaud IBM's support of OS X and I only see things accelerating.
By the way...shops with Notes deployed well tend to be just as passionate about Notes and some of us can be about Macs. :-)

I propose we panic.
Ladies and gentlemen, our course is now clear, grim and arduous though it may be. For the sake of our children and our children's children, we must immediately kill all chart-makers.

Effective immediately, we have four new MacRumors moderators:bousozoku, who joined MacRumors in June 2002 and lives in Florida
edesignuk, who joined MacRumors in March 2002 and lives in Essex, U.K.
Nermal, who joined MacRumors in December 2002 and lives in Whakatane, New Zealand
WinterMute, who joined MacRumors in January 2003 and lives in London, U.K.
They have accepted this new responsibility in order to help make MacRumors the best site it can be.
bousozoku, Nermal, and WinterMute are now Moderators. Doctor Q has moved from Forum Moderator to Moderator, and edesignuk has moved into a new position known as a "mini-mod", to deal with misdirected or problemsome threads and posts in the forums.
All four new moderators have proven to be excellent forum members, providing help to other members, sharing their experience, and being of service to the MacRumors community. In addition, we are pleased that their addition expands our time zone range.
Please join us in welcoming our new moderators!

It's not the Red Cross. It's the FDA. Last time the policy went up for review in 2006 or so, it was voted 7 against 6 to stay in place.
And for anyone wondering, the wording is something along the lines of "if you are a man who has had sexual contact with another man, even once, since 1977, or if you are a woman who has had sexual contact with a man who has had sexual contact with another man, even once, since 1997, you are prohibited from donating blood."
I think a basic level of intelligence indicates how wrong and prejudiced this is.
http://www.avert.org/hiv-african-americans.htm
According to statistics, black men are more than 6 times more likely than white men to become infected with HIV, but you sure as hell dont see people supporting banning black people from donating blood. Why? Simply because it is more socially acceptable to be homophobic than it is to be racist.
Edit: I just wanted to make this clear: there is absolutely nothing wrong with asking for blood donations, regardless of who may or may not be present. Donating blood saves lives. There is a problematic policy in place in the US and other countries at the moment, but that never has and never will make asking for people to donate blood problematic in any way, shape, or form.

Does all new Apple 27" i7 models have Z68 chipset or it's just only when you order it with 256GB SSD option which I have to wait for 4-6 weeks?

Hopefully what will happen now is their captured markets will simply buy APPLE hardware to perform Dostel and Wintel PC functions under Parallels or Bootcamp or Q.
It will be ritious.

And since IBM does not manufacture personal computers I would assume they could give a darn which platform you purchase as long as you purchase Lotus notes.

Can't you sort your library by name and manually select the dupes?
I don't know of a way to do this automatically.

I've just been migrating services off a G5 Xserve running 10.5 Server, to a Mac Pro running 10.6 Server.
It dawned on me it'd be a good idea to get an actual SSL certificate. Because of the lack of funds available, I've gone for PositiveSSL.
Here are the steps I took to get it:
1. In Server Admin > Certificates I chose Generate CSR
2. I pasted this in to Comodo's page and chose Apache + MOD SSL
3. Took the .crt file emailed to me and chose "replace with signed certificate", dropped it on and clicked "replace certificate" (replacing the old, self signed one).
This all seemed to work fine. HOWEVER, the web service doesn't seem to be playing ball with it at all and because of this I'm scared to propagate it around any other services.
These are the errors I'm receiving: (not that Server Admin notices anything wrong!)
[Wed Jan 19 05:59:58 2011] [error] Init: Pass phrase incorrect
[Wed Jan 19 05:59:58 2011] [error] SSL Library Error: 218710120 error:0D094068:asn1 encoding routines:d2i_ASN1_SET:bad tag
[Wed Jan 19 05:59:58 2011] [error] SSL Library Error: 218529960 error:0D0680A8:asn1 encoding routines:ASN1_CHECK_TLEN:wrong tag
[Wed Jan 19 05:59:58 2011] [error] SSL Library Error: 218595386 error:0D07803A:asn1 encoding routines:ASN1_ITEM_EX_D2I:nested asn1 error
[Wed Jan 19 05:59:58 2011] [error] SSL Library Error: 218734605 error:0D09A00D:asn1 encoding routines:d2i_PrivateKey:ASN1 lib
The pass pharse thing is stumping me (along with the whole situation) - I saw the box in Server Admin 10.5, but it's gone from Snow Leopard. There's no obvious place for it that I've seen.
Is there any easy how-to guide for actually getting this sorted and having SSL up and running (I'm missing something easy, I bet!) - or anyone with a fair idea of what the next step would be?
