Your apparent eagerness to lay blame on the victim is bizarre and highly questionable.
I'm not blaming woman for being raped, don't get me wrong. In fact i know that a lot of times it doesn't matter what the attire is.

For example, if a woman decides to wear provocative clothing and acts accordingly at a bar and then gets assaulted by a drunk man, which afterwards she claims as rape, then i'll be looking into both parties.

If the iPhone 5 is delayed as much as some suppliers are speculating ( in to next year ), the bright spot would be that the iPhone 4 price would likely get slashed to keep sales going. I'd still ride it out with my 3Gs though...unless I gave in to the temptation to try another platform.
i was tempted to try apple for a year, and me poking my nose around this area of the forum trying to see when the next one drops. Sucks that if they do delay this one i wont be trying them out this year. I would love to do such a thing so each year i can bounce back and forth from android to ios to windows 7 give them all time to keep improving.

So I thank you that donate today, and will make a financial contribution, though the two gallons that I donated before saved many more lives than a financial contribution ever could.

I'm starting to have doubts, mainly for one reason: The show is only a few days away, and there is NO leaked material. No prototype photos from Mister Blurrycam, no packshots, no peripherals... Given Sony's track record of keeping new hardware secret, I'd say it's not looking good. If they do show it next week, then kudos to Sony for tightening their security! :)

One thing I forgot to point out earlier is that the base price of the new Jetta and Passat is lowered by a huge amount, but (at least in the case of the Jetta) the diesel version @ $22k isn't really any cheaper than in the previous version.
Now, with the Jetta, we know that VW saved a ton of money by fitting the antediluvian 2.0 8v engine. But the base Passat comes with the 5-cylinder. I wonder how much the diesel will cost in the Passat?
random guess with diesel and vw is: 2000 bucks for the same fittings.. the big reason why VW wont introduce a bigger/cheaper passat in europe is that there is no need with their absurd fleet/business car sales(just like BMW) and their ability to really upsell to the bigger margin Audi or the lower margin Seat and Skoda
the passat, just like top range bmws/audis/mercs are between up to 70-80% business cars around here and the skoda superb thanks to legroom rules taxi sales
even my father got a TDI Passat handed to him which despite being the smallest engine still did cost nearly 40.000k euro
I guess I'll reserve judgment till I read reviews (and see it on Top Gear ;) ), but my first reaction is Ferrari! NOOOOOO! This is just one small step away from the inevitable SUV and Ferrari will be dead to me. :eek:
i can already imagine clarkson circling the top gear test track with ikea packages and a potted plant sticking out of the open hatch, complete with going through corners sideways ;)

Regarding the design, personally I rather like the fact that they've gone for a Shooting Brake aesthetic rather than an ungainly 4 door one. Remember, Ferrari's are almost always controversial (entirely unlike Porsche). :)
the new FF will be _replacing_ the 612 .. which very likely was the best looking 4 seater ferrari ever made... don't forget some of those old 4 seat Ferraris ;)
on a more general note Fiat and it's subsidaries seem to be quite on a roll design wise... the last few years i have nearly liked all recent released cars from Fiat,Ferrari and Alfa looks wise compared to the more "hit and miss" or "bland boring playing it safe" of other (euro) car makers
and yes i'm a stern supporter of the shooting brake design.. after all who isn't ? the only problem i have is that i can't afford them ;)

Regarding the iNotes user issue. Their activity IS logged differently. You need to turn that on in the server document. On the interent Protocols tab you can Enable logging to text files and then review it with a standard application or to a notes database Domlog.nsf. It's likely done this way for performance reasons. A quick search on notes.net gave me this answer.
Regarding the last login time of a user, again it looks like you're correct regarding the person document. I did not find an immediate built in solution for this, which doesn't surprise me. Remember notes is more of a programming environment then a simple application. It's understood that if it doesn't do something out of the box you can build it yourself. If you don't like how mail works, change it or download a new template. If you need new views in the log database you can add them. If you want to track the last time a person hit's their e-mail database there are several ways to do that. Searching on Notes.net (2 forums) for "last login" or something similar will give you some ideas. If you activate the domlog.nsf database then you can write a little code, get the information you're looking for, and track it however you want. just to clear something up. This right now appears to be a text-based phone. I don't think Wu is talking about iChat AV functionality. Some other sites (of much, much less accuracy) have been claiming that the iPhone would be able to do videoconferencing and whatnot, but currently there isn't any good evidence to support this, and in my opinion it doesn't look like current 3G GSM cellular networks simply don't have the duplex bandwidth to deliver that kind of content. (and 4G is still a ways off)
This is why I think it is pointless to do it unless you are connected to an EV-DO revision A connection. I don't need another "awesome phone" regardless of how well it syncs with iLIFE. I would much rather be able to travel and show somebody what I see, rather than talk about it or send a photo.

i'm in the UK (North Wales), Ordered mine just under a week ago, it should be here in 2-3 hrs according to UPS' website, can't wait!! it's engraved too, so am very suprised i'm getting it this soon.
Was expecting my mac pro yesterday, but cancelled the order due to news of upcoming 8-core, so unfortunately the first thing my shuffle will have contact with is a Windows iTunes installation (7.0.2 installing as i speak).. like driving a brand new car through some dirty back road, rather than a smooth coastal highway.
iTunes installed, needs windows to restart, WTF.. stupid windows. :p
